Order Processing Time
All of our items are handmade in small batches. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared and packed before shipping.
During busy periods or market weekends, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and care.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship within the United States.
Delivery times vary depending on carrier and destination, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
International Shipping
At this time, we are not offering international shipping
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received
If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Warm Weather Notice
Our products are made with natural ingredients and may soften or melt in warm temperatures during transit. This does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product.
If your item arrives softened, simply allow it to return to room temperature.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact the carrier using your tracking number.
