Due to the nature of our products, all personal care items are final sale.
Because our skincare products are handmade and intended for personal use, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened or used.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will gladly make it right.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged during shipping, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away with:

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If there is an issue with your order (damaged or incorrect item), please contact us and we will take care of it. Otherwise, the fastest way to receive a different product is to place a new order.
European Union Orders
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Opened or used personal care products are not eligible for return under this policy.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item (if a return is required).
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
